This is 100% false. I ship hundreds of items daily and have a return or two daily for unable to deliver. I edit the label before printing, but the barcode doesn't change.

BTW-you should always use a somewhat close "shipped from" zip code. It doesn't have to be the return address code. That will avoid the receiver from being charged in the scenario you mentioned.

I dont see whats the big freaking hairy deal. Under shipping label CHANGE "SHIP TO" zip code to yours and leave the address alone. Wont cause a link and add a return label off your real address over ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address on the label. Done...rinse and epeat.

I havnt had one link doing this and zero issues. Including have mail rejected and shipped back to the return label I stuck over the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address.
