Default eBay Scammer, any helpful ideas?

I made the mistake of allowing international buyers to use the eBay global shipping program.

I have a buyer from overseas who purchased 15 items valued at about $600 from overseas and now says that none of them work and has opened a defective eBay return case. I know the items worked before I sent them.

For other returns I usually create a return label through PayPal but I cannot do that for overseas.

Can I put my real address as the return address/will that create an instant link?

I have since taken global shipping off all my auctions. Any helpful ideas would be gratefully appreciated.

As a matter of precaution I would send the buyer a message from another email account and ask the sender to send the items back to your place of work or to a friends or relatives.
Don't send your real address over Ebay messages or through your stealth email account as this can be logged and used.

Good luck !!

I thought of that too but is there any way that I can send him a shipping label? I doubt he will pay for shipping up front. The buyer is in australia and I am not sure how to print return label.

As he has now got the goods sending a shipping label to him wont be any good, as he will have probably sent the goods back to you using the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address on your stealth account before he receives the return label.

I would simply send him an email with a return address attached to the email stating that he is to send the items back to this address.

As a future safeguard I would put a returns label in with every item i send out in future just to make sure that they come back to you and not some random Joe down the road.

Thanks

I could e-mail the return label to him and that'd be instantaneous. Only problem is I don't know how to make a return label from Australia to the US

Thank you for the link and trying to help. The only issue would be that I would have to upload tracking to eBay for the return label. Thank you for trying to help tho!
