Default Negative FEEDBACK

I sold an ornament which i clearly stated not in a box but bubbled wrapped securely in my description but customer bought and gave me a negative feedback saying that product is not in a box but bubbled wrapped. what can i do such feedback? please advise

Be kind to the customer and explain that you had clearly described the condition of it

Offer a partial refund to remove feedback

Offer a refund to remove feedback

Bring it up to eBay

Lots of options. I'd go with the easiest one and reach out to the buyer and agree on some kind of terms to have them remove it.

You have to really suck upto then and ask what you can do to get the feedback revised

I offer 20% refunds personally which works most the time

I have had fb removed on grounds of customer inaccuracy....it sometimes works....eg. they say they didn't get a cat, when the advert was for a dog...

They already left negative feedback so no sense in being nice to them, just reply to feedback left and make sure you let everyone know what a fukn moron this buyer is
