I have been selling on ebay for years and have not had many negative feedbacks but when I do get one its always from an account thats either new or someone that has not bought much with a low feedback number like under 10 anyone else noticed this?

They could be inexperienced or do not care for their eb ay account as much as you do, therefore they are not 'scared' to leave negative feedback.
Could be what you suspect though, competitors opening new accounts to leave negative feedback. Wouldn't be hard to do and could easily limit your account if they left enough negs.
