| moomooj | 02-08-2010 10:19 PM | Since I started this thread last year, I've tried many things from Thank You cards, sticker on the box to giving out small gifts, I've realized that the most effective way is actually emailing the buyers and ask for feedbacks directly. And I do NOT leave fb for buyers until I receive mine. My email says something like this:
Thank you for purchasing [ITEMTITLE]. Please leave feedback for me on eBay if you are happy with your purchase. Please feel free to contact me if you are not completely satisfied with your order, as customer satisfaction is my highest priority. Thank you again for your purchase! And thank you in advance for the 5-star rating!
