One account that I tested selling ebooks had 365 positive feedbacks and 1 year old. Hard to say. Was selling 7 ebooks.

jbluntz 06-02-2010 02:24 AM

7 could do it, I usually stick around 3 and at least 1 physical product.

When I prepare a Stealth account to sell, the Items that I buy are REAL Items that I need, stuff that I use, Sneakers, Pants, socks, belts, underwear, ect, ect, We go out EVERYDAY Buying things that we are going to need, so figure out what you can buy on Ebay today so you do not have to got out for tommorow, Also PLAN your Stealth Accounts in this Manner. Create them so you do Have an accessible Name/Phone/Delivery Address

Now BEFORE You start to sell your True items try to Sell 1 or 2 Items in a short period of time ( 1 week-10 Days) that you can in an Auction get $100.00 or More and REQUIRE Pickup of the items I Love to Use Chair sets (4) you can get them in ALL Sorts of places, Craigslist, Estate Auctions, THE GARBAGE, If you Buy Smart, you can even Profit on them, if anything you will lose a Little, I have bought Recliners for $25.00 and sold them for $150.00

If you use this Method, You Have Created a Stealth Account that looks more real than 95% of Ebays Legit Accounts!!! This will Help you with Account Verification (Less Likely to get an MC10 inquiry) From Ebays point of View, you will have Positive feedback from Buyers that Have Been to your HOUSE!!!, TWICE!!! and also this will help with account selling limits, for a Typical sellers, Ebay will limit your account to about $250.00 for a 10 Day period.

Now you are showing them that your Sales May be MUCH Higher so when they give you that Phone Verification Call you tell them that you sell a lot of different things, "Like Recently you Bought an abondoned storage unit full of Furniture" or Whatever, Ebay will see from your "Pick up" Auctions that this is true and allow you a MUCH Higher Selling limit.

Think at what your account will look like after you completed the steps above, 7-8 positive Buyer feedbacks for, coffee, socks, sneakers, polo Shirt, blu ray movie, vintage ash tray, Bundle of paper for your printer, tool kit, and 2 seller feedbacks for selling a PICKUP ONLY Couch for $127.00, and a Vintage Living room table for $94.00-----Do you realize how REAL that looks?

It takes some time, effort, creativity and money, but for me it has been WELL WORTH IT.

jbluntz 06-03-2010 12:57 AM

That's pretty close to what I already had in mind to do eventually, everything except the furniture pick-up. I had one set up like that linked to a mailbox, then I sent some money requests to my other paypals to get money in there to start buying personal stuff and it gets limited since it was $50 over $500 which is what did it so now I'm stuck with a mailbox I can't use with paypal and all my other ebay accounts are out of state. It takes time and money to set it up like that but I'll get there eventually.

I personaly dont treat ebax like a human like most of people here in the forum. It is system. I worked in enterprises as computer specialist, this is the same. All systems. People talking: you must do that or another because ebax will think about you and bla bla. No it is not, it is system and as long as I use it, I can say that. Ebax never think about you, you dont have to prove your address selling items with pickups and so on. Just follow the rules and guidelines.

I think psychology is big aspect why people treat ebax like human, because they are making something wrong and in true they lie to themself.

I always choose shortest way, it is most effective.

teedon 06-06-2010 03:57 AM

phones case also is cheaper and can sell out a lot in a short time .it is good for get more feedback

mememe1972 06-12-2010 02:04 AM

I on my stealth I buy it now ebooks .99 most of those guys have auto feedback, once you leave feedback they send you feedback

stickmade 06-16-2010 12:19 PM

I have just bought like 100 ipod nano 5th generation silicone case/covers, which i am going to use to build my feedback for like 5accounts. Dose anyone know if this stuff gets pulled i did buy it from ioffer.com but its low-cost items i doubt i would get bother with it ??? maybe

jbluntz 06-17-2010 11:39 AM

Only problem with phone cases is if you list them for too cheap, people will try to buy up all of them to resell for profit and the last 8 that I sold I got 1 feedback, if those were ebooks I would have had at least 7 fb and saved a trip to the mail shoot.

eBayMafia 07-09-2010 09:29 PM

People look up terms such as "99 cents free shipping" which you can use to your advantage.

I used to sell eBay accounts for a while. (Which was recently) and what I would do is hunt down DVD's, buy them through auction or buy it now if you can find someone selling cheap enough, and then relist them for the price I purchased plus eBay/PayPal fee's. It's not quick, but I've had great success, and sometimes profit an extra $100 a week. To minimize overhead, I use the same shipping packaging they were sent to me in.

25% of people don't leave feedback, so that kind of sucks.

needhelpplease 07-09-2010 10:40 PM

I am guilty of WANTING to do the same thing, but best advice is to buy stuff you would already buy anyway. Shampoo...dish soap...candles....etc. And lots of the time you can find the stuff cheaper on ebay (not all of the time), but search for stuff you would buy anyway and look for a deal, so you save money, get what it is you need and get feedback. Win/Win. In regards to selling cheap stuff for cheap the Dollar Tree or similar stores are always a good find. They sell lots of Disney stuff, name brand hair care products that have usually been discountinued etc. These items usually sell fast and for cheap. There is no fast fix for a worthy account....and this I have to tell myself often. Good Luck! And remember.........slow and steady wins the race!!! :)

Gift/prepaid cards and cheap DVD's.

jbluntz 07-10-2010 12:00 AM

Cheap used dvds from the pawn shop or even the ones from the .99 store sell just as good, gift cards have limits you can only sell 1 at a time.

fineart 07-10-2010 02:39 AM

I would stay away from e-books, if you must buy in moderation or you will flag yourself.
Even if you do not flag yourself and stay on you will loose some of your feedback due to the fact that most Ebook sellers get canned within 30 days.
I suggest digital art, pictures, digital wallpaper, stamps, garden seeds, recipes, and coupons. If on a Stealth focus on digital delivery only not only do you benefit from free shipping the feedback can be instant.
i had stealth account that was closed because two of my sellers received the stuff back. They both reported me as having the wrong contact info.
Proceed to gain feedback with great caution as your efforts can backfire.
I hope this helps.

yehindabay 07-16-2010 08:21 PM

yeah e-books is a risk. They flag on those a lot of the time. I would not suggest you use those unless you already know the in's and out's of how many you can list, etc

boxcutters 07-20-2010 12:58 PM

I wouldn't recommend the gift card idea, maybe one at a time and very sparingly sure they will sell but in my experience it will get you into trouble.

personally I think trading cards, coins, comics, collectibles etc are really good. Plus, a lot of these items can be bought and resold for very minimal or even a small profit. Plus they look legitimate in my opinion.

I have a ceritifed charity auction account through mission fish, so all my listing and selling fees are refunded, therefore I pay no eBay fees.

I list $10.00 Walmart gift cards for $9.80 BIN, I pay the cost of a stamp to mail it, sell 4-5 cards a day and have had no problems.

So its basically feedback for $1.00 a pop, which I don't mind at all.

DAILYHUNDRED 07-25-2010 10:56 PM

I already have the product I'm going to use for feedback I haven't done it this way before, my last account I would just buy ebooks, but don't want to risk it this time. I have a question with pricing. Would it be better for me to charge $1.25 + free s/h or an auction starting $0.01 + $1.25 s/h. Which would give better results and does ebay get suspicious when new sellers list auctions at $0.01? Also, anyone have a listing strategy that works on cheap items for feedback without raising flags. What is the recommended number of listings per day? I'm also thinking of listing the same products different picture, info, with multiple accounts same time. Is this a good idea? Thank you.
