All my listing taken down by someone, then left neg....

Hello,

I woke up this morning and saw all my listing have been taken down by someone, then who left neg feedback for each one immediately!

This person seems to be having several accounts, to bid on my items using different accounts.

I am wondering if I still can remove these unwanted bad feedback in this circumstance? what I am supposed to do now, in order to get my business back to normal?

anyone willing to share some points, as this is really frustrating??

If a complete transaction never took place you should be able to call ebay and have them remove it.

'someone' cant take down a listing. What if any ebay messages did you get?

ebay is the doer and you are the done seller Can you give some more info because I'm having troubles understanding. There'll be a possible way around this hopefully

Sorry for this confuse!

What I mean is this man ended all my listing by buy it now, then left neg for each one straight away, without any contacting and payment!

So, I am wondering if I can manage to remove these bad feedback? how to avoid this man to attack me again??

Require immediate PayPal payment on your Buy-It-Now listings.

Chances are this is a competitor. You're no more in the UK than I am.

You'll have to change the listings around to attempt to prevent this happening again. ebay has not been very helpful to sellers who have had this happen. Have you been having troubles with anyone?

I thought the buyer had to wait 7 days before negative feedback can be left....

I just checked the ebay feedback policies that bad feedback could be removed if bidders left neg, without contact and payment, correct?

Could I contact ebay live help to solve this? as I really would like to remove these red comments asap!

How many days should I wait to get reply from ebay??

Contact Ebay,,,Given that there will be NO Payment record on ANY of those purchases. Any one of those Chimps at Ebay can CLEARLY see that someone created Several Accounts Just to Hurt yours,,,, Hell, I can see it from here.

I had a similiar situation with you.
One of my competitor left me negative feedback on a buy it now item without even paying for the item.

I contacted eBay immediately and explained the situation.
After one day, the negative feedback is removed and the competitor received a warning for feedback manipulation.

File non paying buyer if he doesnt pay and you get FVF back all feedback from said person is removed.
