Default Can this negative feedback be changed by Ebay?

Hey guys,
Quick question for you. I had a buyer from Spain win an auction of mine and even though I don't ship out of the US I agreed to ship this item.

The buyer left me negative feedback the other day stating that I only sent him one of the item when he should have received two. The auction clearly stated that he was only bidding on one item and the end price reflected that.

The lauguage gap is not helping me work this out so I was wondering if this is something E bay might overturn? It is a stealth account so I didn't want to bring attention to it unless I have a chance to get the feedback removed. Anyone have any luck with calling ebay in this situation?

Contacting eB not an option for stealth account. It might give you morel problem

Reply feedback left with short explanation thus ur next buyer will know what is happening.

Try google translation to convert english into Spanish and send him an email and an eBay message, if the negative will have serious consequences then get someone who can speak Spanish to call that person.

Also send a feedback revision after you both have discussed, be nice and try to explain how bad negative is for your business and just hope that he understands.

if he is stating that he should have recieved 2 and the listing CLEARLY shows that is only for 1

id say thats a "cert" for removal

has a few like that myself

You should use ebay chat to try and get it removed and i believe you can get it removed like i have done in the pass but do not phone them.
