I was looking at this seller's feedback. Ebay says he has 100% positive but he has received 3 negatives in the past 4 months. And his DSR's are still not showing. Is this an error?

This reminds me of people who bid on "gift cards" that are worth $300 but they pay $295....as if $5 is a massive amount to save on a gift card. I don't think I will never understand it.
