Default Ask past customers for feedback, is it safe?

One of my accounts is getting low DSRs for item as described. Its already a below standard account, so my listings appear at the end of all the pages, so I can't sell enough to improve the scores.

But I was thinking to message past customers for positive feedback and increase DSR scores, that might save me for the upcoming evaluation. I have hundreds people whom haven't left feedback.

However, I'm afraid I'm gonna open up a new can of worms and make my situation more dire. Like some people whom intended to leave negatives forgot about it and it will just remind them after I ask. Do you think its safe?

I have 7 days to improve my DSR for as described sitting at 1.18% with feedback of 400+.

Thanks.

either sell a bunch of cheap new items or you can try asking them for feedback but i think they only have 60 days to leave it

There isn't enough time to sell cheap items.

At this moment, not much to do but ask - I would press up and hope for the best.

I'll give it a shot. I'll just issue refunds if they moan a lot. I'm up for other thoughts. Thanks.

^ I would recommend you to check the past messages from your buyers thoroughly, this way you can avoid to send the feedback requests to the moaners, and open a new can of worms.
