building feedbacks

I wonder if i register like 50 buyer accs, then create about 5 seller accs, then buy some generic items like light bulbs or AA batteries from these sellers, using buyer accs, how dangerous can it be? It will happen in a time frame of a month, not everything in a single day, of course. All of them will be 100% different stealths, and picked up randomly for buying from different seller accs.

Re: building feedbacks

muzzie... what do you expect the forum would reply to a question like this one?

It is not recommended to do it, this is not how the stealth account shall be managed.

You should know the risks involved... you should know if you can handle it or not.

Re: building feedbacks

Lots of new, zero / low feedback accounts that are all bidding / buying from one account will flag the seller account for feedback manipulation / shill bidding.

LOL, sorry was not my intention but probably this is what came out of my answer... ;)

It is not really the way to get feedbacks. Should not be hard to sell a few cheap non risky items around.

I have problem selling cheap stuff in my country... people seems to be only interested in mobiles phones and high risk items

Re: building feedbacks

That's definately a pain for you ilcarletto if your fellow Italians are mostly wanting to buy mobiles and tech and other risky items.

Muzzle you definately don't want to be trying to manufacture feedback with large amounts of accounts buying from each other. Just sell to good standards and the feedback will generate itself no problemo!

Re: building feedbacks

Much easier to sell low-end non-risky items and let regular buyers buy them.

Re: building feedbacks

Don't do it. It wont work.
Go to the dollar store and buy a bunch of crap and sell it for nothing to get proper feedbacks.

Re: building feedbacks

The issue is that I followed advice of some senior members of this forum, went to a local DIY department store with my tablet, checked several discounted household items, like LED light bulbs, duct tapes, cardboard boxes etc. And found out that ebay is literally swarmed with any of these, for even smaller prices. Was not able to find anything that is not already at EB for +/- same price, always is someone who gives even less and has 1000s of sales.

Re: building feedbacks

You can sell few items with a small loss, add some Free Bonus and you will get feedbacks
This is safer way and more natural than risk manipulating

I would very much appreciate if you give me a hind of something that is not already overcrowded on EB, and will sell faster than several months. I have perfumes - post won't ship them. I have car parts almost for free - no luck. iphone cases for China prices, at a loss - 1 sale in 2 months. I am out of clues, any hints are welcome.

Go to a garage sale(US), Carboot sale(UK), or in Eastern-European countries case just a normal Market and but crap. Sell it for minimum price and I'm sure somebody will pick something up.

I hear people saying that dollar stores or poundlands are great source for stock but I find carboot sales in UK to be much easier. You can literally buy boxes of crap for £1 or £5 and sell them on not for profit, but for feedback and transaction value.

In Eastern European countries, a normal market has people selling all sorts of crap, just get a box of randomness and work it. Don't try to buy stuff from store and make some profit on it AND get feedback:laugh:

This service is getting overused everyday - I can see it causing problems soon

Shill bidding is illegal, be very careful.

No, shill bidding is not what I am looking for. It was about how to sell some things fast in order to get feedbacks.

It has to be something small to ship . and yes you will sell it at a loss . Ebayers are spoilt for choice now. 99 pence free delivery and see how you can best package it . but yes it cost your sales and keeps your defect rate low.

I just bought 5 earphones from poundland, put them on auction for 1p n sold them all within the 3 days, sure i took a loss but thats me got 5 happy people leaving feedback. Personally i dont see it as a loss, more of a gain in the long run. happy selling people.

This is exactly what the Chinese do to build feedback. They sell items so cheap they end up losing money but gain feedback really fast....then they break out the expensive items.

Buy stuff with your account. buyer feedback is still feedback.
