Hi all

When is it best to pay my ebay fees . its set up to be paid on the 15th of every month with automatic payment via ebay .

can i change this to be the 30th of every month

is it better if i pay my current fees early or do ebay bother with anything like that ?

just trying to see the best way for my account status . pay early or just wait and let them collect there money on the 15th

Pay earlier with gift credit card - nice long post on why not to use PP for payment is around the forums.

I will admit that I use pp sometimes but still better to avoid eb dipping into pp.

Personally I pay before they are due or before I withdraw to bank...which ever comes 1st.

I never allow automatic payments remember you don't want ebay to take funds out of your bank

I always use to the one time payment method more safer

Hi everyone,

I was going to start a new thread on this as I am a little confused. I have read numerous other threads about this beforehand about how to avoid using PP to pay fees and I understand this.

I believe a preloaded gift card can be used to pay fees as a one off payment, however this would mean having multiple cards per stealth account? And most gift cards are not reloadable so surely that means getting a new card for each account each month? I must be missing something here?

I see entropay could be used, however the same issues above occur and Entropay is used primarily for verifying Paypal.

I am interested in hearing from UK users with multiple stealth accounts how they do this, and what cards exactly they use?

Many thanks indeed.

There are many reload-able cards that can be used but a lot will depend on how these are set up as there are loading limits applied to them under EU regulations, usually around £2k per annum.

Also there is the amount of e/b fees you actually pay that needs to be considered. Some folks here, myself included pay several hundreds and more on individual e/b accounts every month.

Obviously this is not a sustainable option with gift cards and most vcc's so p/p becomes the best option.

As with all things stealth you need to be organised, disciplined and in control of your account finances at all times. One off payments through p/p work well and negates certain risks but you need to be on top of your game at all times.

Everybody has different circumstances so you will get conflicting advice.

There is no right or wrong way of doing it you need to decide what will work best for your business model.
