I have a 20% discount on my fees and I didn't get the discount on my fees i see.. Why?

Maybe the time you signed up? You wouldnt qualify for the 20% until the next FULL billing cycle. You can look at what you sold and the fees they took on ebay. Check it out and see.

I asked eBay and they said they don't take off 20% on every sale.. They said to leave the balance you owe and at the end of the cycle we take 20% off...

if you asked them that then you should probably ask them your original question. with something like this, they can help you a lot more. maybe it's a mistake? that would not be impossible considering who you are dealing with

Best advices obviously is to check with ebay.

Do that and get their story.

Sometimes mine does not show up right away.

Odd but then the balance shows different and I notice the discount.

I have caught many mistakes over the years with fees and on the better accounts I have my eyes on their charges all the time.

Caught them over charging final value fees many times.

Everyone needs to once in a while take a look at the fees and make sure they are being charged correctly.

A few mistakes by them here and there can add up.
