Unfortunatelly I'm unable to withdrawal funds directly to my bank account, so currently I use Fiverr to get my money. Fiverr take 20% commision and some additional fees, but the greatest inconvenience is additional 14 days hold. That's why I'm ready provide you with discount. |

| greakf3eak | 03-12-2018 02:52 PM | Re: Any tips on saving on eBay fees? Self checked.
Applicable to business sellers also |

| agent006140 | 02-17-2019 11:00 PM | Re: Any tips on saving on eBay fees? like they said if you are a toprated power seller ,you get a discount on item FVF,WHAT SOME top rated sellers do is to offer free shipping and roll the shipping cost in the item asking price,if that helps.this is how they get 10% off from shipping FVF.
Do you have a Paypal debit card which gives you 1%(1 1/2% for old timers) cash back,if so,use it to pay your eBAY FEE,but then there are other credit cards which give you more, like Capital One and some JPM cards .
OTHER THAN the ideas above,I cant think of anything else, unless you have a following who will buy from you off Ebay,so call repeated customers |
| stsang14 | 03-23-2019 12:19 AM | Re: Any tips on saving on eBay fees? So what I use is my Chase Ink Preferred - 3% CASHBACK on advertising & shipping & telephone/wireless & travel
so ebay & amazon (advertisingonly) fees a month 6K
shipping 8K
I have racked up over 400K points and the points can be cashed out or used towards travel
the new AMEX Gold is 4X but it cost 300/YR if you do more than 10K spending a month it may be more worth it to get the AMEX business gold
my ideal setup would be AMEX Business gold paired with AMEX Biz Platnium so I get 6% BACK on fees.. |
| agent006140 | 06-09-2019 04:37 PM | Re: Any tips on saving on eBay fees? you earn Ebay bucks when you buy on Ebay, use those bucks to shop for shipping supply |
| hackerhacker | 01-30-2020 05:06 PM | Re: Any tips on saving on eBay fees? Do they reduce the % of the fee if you are big seller? |
| agent006140 | 01-30-2020 06:14 PM | Re: Any tips on saving on eBay fees? You can view EBAY FEE schedule on Ebay site.
Top rated plus seller gets a discount on FVF of items sold, but not FVF of shipping |

| agent006140 | 02-09-2020 10:05 AM | Re: Any tips on saving on eBay fees? if you have store subscription and pay a monthly fee, then your FVF is slightly lower.
If you are a top rated plus seller, then you get a dsicount on FVF of item, not shipping/
Some top rated sellers will add shipping fee to his item asking price to get the discount on shipping.
if you use your Paypal business debit card to pay your Ebay fee,Paypal gives you a small discount 1-1 1/2 % |
| agent006140 | 02-22-2020 12:09 AM | Re: Any tips on saving on eBay fees? It was 20% discount for top sellers, now it is 10%,what good does it do>?unless your fee is in 5 figures, |
| paypalpains | 03-27-2021 08:39 AM | Re: Any tips on saving on eBay fees? plus a 35 p handling charge on each transaction now |
| agent006140 | 03-27-2021 10:10 AM | Re: Any tips on saving on eBay fees? AMEX is introducing a card for business, you must register with your EIN,you get 80,000 points if you spend 10k in 3 months, but there is an annual membership fee.
so in 3 months, you will get 90,000 points.
also another AMEX card give you 6% for grocery shopping |

Yeah, I'm pretty sure everyone knows by now to take advantage of free listings. |
