Actually it was not a system bug, as I thought, however, the problem was solved when I accessed my Account settings page and on the bottom I just rewrote my personal details (Note: I did not rewrote them through the red banner). Today I received an e-mail confirming that from July 5th eBay will start managing my payments and that I have been verified - however I am not in a hurry to be happy about that, since, as far as I read here ,there might be multiple different checks from now on.

Today received a confirmation that MPs were activated for one of the accounts that I've sent the docs for. Stealth ID, stealth matching bank - all good. |

I wonder why people prefer to suffer with real-only countries if they can just use easier ones... stealth is about tricks and maneuvering, not about hitting a brick wall with the head. |

it is the wrong line of thinking to divide countries into "easier" ones and "real" ones. There are just different types of verification with different consequences.
The toughest countries have the highest verification risks but would allow to build up high quality and high volume accounts. Easier adyen countries where stealth ID may work as databases can not be checked would be considered higher risk and higher volume accounts would come under stricter scrutiny.
and finally payoneer have the weakest verification of all so that there is a second verification done by ebay and more checks will be coming along the line since these accounts will be even higher risk |

I have lots of high volume accounts in so called high risk country, no issues. |
