Yeah but werent you one of the first lot who done it when they introduced it it was no force in and they were new to it and some did slip through the net in earlier days and some crashed so hard thinking wtf as it was suppposed to be lala land like etsy sign up.

Working on it, small country, requires ID number, active phone for text verification, and active bank info for withdrawals via Payoneer to said bank.

Do we send docs to ebay too or if the country uses payoneer - do we only send the docs to them? I will use creative docs and am wondering if we send it to both parties.

ebay will not be asking for docs if verification was done by payoneer.

however I would not count on avoiding a hard ebay verification if you start running large turnovers. because eventually all payoneer countries are high risk and I can't imagine ebay will rely on payoneer only in regards to high volume sellers from those countries

I think if a new account in a third world country goes beyond several hundred dollars per month it is already a lot
