Sending creative documents to managed payments ebay
 

I've seen this has been a problem and is the main reason stealth MP is a tough business. Is it unlikely to succesfully use creative documents? Do they search country databases? Do we need real ID?

I can't speak for UK accounts, but USA EBay.com accounts switching to MP requires a real name, SSN and date of birth. Adyen performs an identity check on each account. ⊗⊗⊗⊗ information gets flagged, promoting a request for documents (which need to be real and verifiable). True stealth is dead in the USA.

I understand. That is why I am considering to create either from UK or a minor country but I don't know which would be easier.

If you switch to business account they don't ask for SSN and all you'll need is EIN and possible a "creative" I.D.

What about the address?, is it checked by Adyen?, I don't want to upload docs.

Wrong...
A SSN number is required for ALL accounts, business and personal. The only difference between opening a business account is that they also require an EIN number along with a SSN number.

Address does not matter for US accounts. You need:
Valid name
SSN number
Valid date of birth
It's also best if the name on the bank account matches. Some have been asked to upload bank statements, so I think they're checking the names. Not sure as others using mismatched names have stated they work.
I've opened several MP accounts, both business and personal and have never been asked for a document, of course everything matched and was verifiable.

could you sell in .com with an account registered in a small country? what about a Nigerian acct or somewhere like that would they still have to use MP and how would Adyen verify these people

You might have to experiment with this then looking at what will be requested if you try with small countries

I can't open an account in US then as I do not have an SSN number. How are things in UK or small countries? Do they check if the person is real etc in those?

I run a UK account full stealth on MP its been working for 6 months now

User could be using a bank account in his real name and getting through with stealth info

Unfortunately I am not UK citizen, so I am trying to understand if there is an online bank that could be bypassed with a not real ID.

Moreover, the guy says "Fully stealth", so this makes me think that the bank account might also be stealth.

Going stealth with a bank (in general) is not only dangerous for fund access but also illegal if it's a legit bank

Not exactly. Small countries are already having different financial combos than PayPal.

Payoneer could be of use.

stealth bank is not needed anyway , it is not even a question of legality but it is too risky as the balance could be lost and there is no need for it too as a real bank account can be used as long as you have an established seller account to use it with

So if Ebay uses Payoneer in a spesific country - who does the verification? Is it Ebay or Payoneer? I mean would it be easier to verify MP in countries with that use Payoneer or countries that don't such as UK?
