The same case, i did the microdeposit a months a go, getting funds without issues. | from what I know from a number of other sellers this type of messages comes from MP USA for various MP countries and is not based on whether you use real details , matching names , turnover made etc. but it is a mass message based solely on the type of bank account
in all cases I know of so far it was a virtual bank account issued by companies like Payoneer , Worldfirst and some others. I assume that this here is continuation of the virtual account ban which will eventually blacklist all virtual bank accounts
that is why I recommend to stay away from such accounts and replace them with local banks to avoid such issues in the future. I also recommend not to use foreign IBAN's as it is very well possible that ebay will be cracking down on EU sellers whose ebay is registered in one country and IBAN is based in another one
for now as I see they sent this message for the GBP accounts of Wise. Now would be the time to replace EUR accounts of Wise through local banks as I think this will soon come as well
