Default MP account reinstated

Ok, so I've applied for MP 3 months ago from my aged account, provided creative documentation, some EMI bank, and was able to sell one item. All went good, got the payout, but a week later the account got a restriction, asking to upload my ID again along with the bank statement. I did it, and in a week they've permanently suspended it (so called silent kill, when they do not send any letters, just the account has "Not longer a registered user" badge next to it)! I've asked them why, and got the generic "high risk to community bla bla, appeal impossible" write-off letter.

Later on, after around 1 month, I suddenly receive a message titled :

"eBay Managed Payments – Successful Verification"

and saying :

"Thank you for providing this document. There are no further actions required at this time and your payouts have been unblocked.
Best regards,  

eBay Managed Payments Team"

I've asked them, what's that supposed to mean because when I logged in, my account was still suspended, so how come a suspended account passed some verification?? And surprisingly they've got back to me not with the standard letter saying appeal is impossible, but asked standard onboarding questions about items, delivery, tracking etc. and once I've replied - I got reinstated!

"Thanks for getting back to us with the information we requested. We’ve reinstated your account."

Absolutely no clue what was that!

There must be something specific in this account. Maybe the exact set up, the order you set everything up, the bank, the item you listed and the photos. Something or the combination of some things has to be unique. Might be the docs too.

could be random as well

eventually they have been randomly suspending loads of people , could be that the internal rules say they have to review some sellers again and reinstate

I still think it is monkeys at work pretending to be humans

At this point I feel sad for people who gave their real details and thought they are going to just sell on ebay unbothered. In the end most of these people just burned their real accounts, because ebay is burning all accounts anyways.
Maybe they (ebay) have a target number for maximum number of sellers so it is not oversaturated, or want to reset their market.
