Card wont add, it will get declined. It will also be logged on PayPals side you attempted to add this specific card to this account, and the reasons why it was declined.

And I will realize that the card is rejected at the moment I tried to add it on PP ?

Can I try to add a card with mismatched numeric portion ?

Correct, it would say card declined.

What do you mean? What exactly are your mismatching from the numeric portion?

Also, different card issuers will have different rules. Some just verify the numeric portion of a zip code/post code, others include door number etc. so its hard to pinpoint. The only way you'll know is if you try.

Thanks. I'll try it definitely. In the worst scenario I will lose only one debit card, not a whole PP.

I.e. my real address numeric portion is 7 17 37 77. I want to mismatch it with 8 18 37 88. I will not change the ZIP code.

I think there will be a problem if all mine PPs stealth have same numeric portion "7 17 37 77".

Yeah i'm sure if they check door number, it will get declined. It all boils down to the card issuer.

names aren't important , what's really important is to make the account from a clean equipments ( fresh ip , new computer ... etc ) , even using cards with different names are totally fine according to experience .

You're absolute correct (for Amazon ghost accounts). I can see you've purchased the ghost guide, hence the advice.

This post pertains to eBay stealth accounts, so you dont need new equipment... just a new user account and new ip would suffice. :)

Can I open a UK PayPal account from my country (or I will need UK IP) and use it with EB.com or .com.au or .de ?

If you want to run a UK account then you need a UK IP

You can sell on any countries EB you want (although you do need 10 feedback first)

I have many PayPal accounts in Bulgaria I normally use Unicredit . Is the best bank for issuing cards under just one account you can easily have 3 cards under 1 account also as I bet many people don’t know they don’t have cards sent to your address so the cards pass the avs no issue and you have to collect them from the local bank branch so In my opinion BG is a very good and easier please to facilitate Stealth accounts as most of the bank staff have no experience nor Hardly follow KYC . so don’t really care how many accounts you have at one bank as long as you pay the very small opening fee in . Unlike a lot of other European banks and especially in the uk where on some occasions where you credit score is low you are declined for most accounts. I really do rate the BG Banking system.

Thanks for that, but I want to have UK PayPal and I'm trying to figure out what I need. VPN, may be UK address when opening account. I am reading threads extensively here :) I want to receive funds not to local banks.

Well if it’s a UK Account your doing you are going to need the UK requirements
Sign up to the stealth guide would be good for you.
VPN i always use 24vc as I find the ipburger IPs very slow and not as stable.
UK Mobile number but sims are very cheap obviously address and VCC if buying on here watch that you get a European one as the rest of the world VCC with uk PayPal has stung me in the past and also a method to withdraw the funds in the uk there’s no way of depositing back on cards.

To withdraw funds you will need UK bank account though (US bank account also possible but more effort needed to get it added on)
