| Aguero | 06-23-2017 11:24 AM | Bulgarian PayPal stealth Hi guys,
I want to make Bulgarian PayPal stealth. There is a box Nationality in the menu when i am following the steps to creating it. I am worried about this. I will make it with non Bulgarian name because i will switch country after few months. I think to use German/Austrian name and Bulgarian nationality. When i hit the EU limits, do you think it will be risky to send Bulgarian ID with German/Austrian name ?
Thanks in advance. |

Any suggestions ? |
| Qwoty | 06-27-2017 07:34 PM | Re: Bulgarian PayPal stealth take the plunge, youll never know what tale youll regale us with on your return. |
Re: Bulgarian PayPal stealth IMO names are not such a big deal. I've used made up names that don't exist, and the accounts are still going strong several years later. But best to stick with names, that are actually names.
P.S. There are bound to be German/Austrian people living in Bulgaria. :) |
| Aguero | 08-15-2017 03:28 PM | Re: Bulgarian PayPal stealth You mean you used names on existing persons or exisitng names like John, Bruce Robert ? Sorry i don't get it.
I also think that names are not so important. I am worried about section nationality in PayPal registration. I made it with German/Austrian name and choosed Bulgarian nationality. When i hit EU limits i will know what have i done when i send them documents :)
As you said there is people with two nationality one by burth place one by living place.
I did't find the way to skip Schufa check in .de /i want to be seen as a German seller/ and i hope to change the registration address and IP to German after account is aged and solid. |

| Just names you know exist, i.e. John, Jason, Jack... as oppose to something like Phalange (clearly not a name). Quote:

| Exactly. People are likely to have dual nationality, so I wouldn't be too fussed about that. |
| Aguero | 08-15-2017 03:46 PM | Re: Bulgarian PayPal stealth Good news. It should work. We will see what PayPal think about that soon :)
They don't see the name of the debit/credit card, only the numbers from the address. This make it a lot easier to make it stealth. |

However, the one instance they can see the name on the bank is if you use it as a "funding source" to make a payment, i.e. money moves from your bank to your paypal account. That reveals your name, and could compromise your stealth account.
Other than that, your name is kept in confidence. |

The stealth guide teaches you the basics. To get a better understanding of everything, you should engage in the forum. |

PayPal will attempt to confirm the address with that on the card to see if it matches, but its down to the card issuer whether they want to give that away.
Some card issuers are referred to as NON-AVS - Meaning they don't give anything away, and card adds to your PayPal.
Some are Partial-AVS - Some parts of numerical aspects of the address are verified (i.e. door number, zip code etc). Those partial aspects need to match PP, or it wont add.
Some are Full-AVS - All numerical aspects of the address are verified. All numerical aspects of the address need to match PP, or it will get declined. Note - The card issuer doesn't give PayPal the address, they just confirm if its correct or not (or if its a partial match). |
| Ebayorbust | 11-07-2017 01:54 AM | Re: Bulgarian PayPal stealth Cards are either AVS or they aren't.
It's the payment processor (ie Paypal) that decides whether to accept a partial match. |

But of course it's at the discretion of the payment processor to allow it or not. |
| Aguero | 01-10-2018 03:53 AM | Re: Bulgarian PayPal stealth What is the best setup for eBay/PayPal stealth ? |
| JamesNorth101 | 01-10-2018 07:49 AM | Re: Bulgarian PayPal stealth That is a very open ended question.
Best set up really depends on what your trying to do |
| Aguero | 01-10-2018 10:12 AM | Re: Bulgarian PayPal stealth It was not clear question. My fault.
I made my first following the Stealth Book. Do not attach PayPal to eBay and paying fees with VCC. PayPal is with EU verification done.
I want to make long term solid accounts. Is this anything else to do, to make them stronger ? |

P.S. you don't need to pay fees using a VCC. |
| Aguero | 01-10-2018 02:21 PM | Re: Bulgarian PayPal stealth I read many threads. I learned that paying fees with PayPal is not the best way. I dont know other way than VCC. I want to make it in best way. May be i am asking too much :) |

So I can assure you it wont be an issue ;) |
| Aguero | 01-10-2018 03:05 PM | Re: Bulgarian PayPal stealth Good to know. ;)
So, what can i do to setup my accounts in best way or what part of the Stealth Book is good to read again ? I need to be perfect. |
