Option to add a local Bank or USA bank on Paypal

I Have a stealth PP opened when in Greece and I see to add a bank to confirm I have a choice of local Greek banks OR USA bank.

Now my question is I have a USA bank with routing/ checking nos BUT I dont have a SSN (not USA Resident)

If when I add the USA Bank Info will Paypal ask for a SSN at any point?

Will I then just be able to withdraw funds without the SSN hurdle coming up later?

It was easy opening a euro bank acc in Greece as you only need a Passport ID and you get a debit card on the spot in your hand and online banking and its all free no fees.

Mismatch is not a geat deal for them there for the Banks as I can say so far.

you have a usa bank? no you will not need ssn as you are adding it to a non-US paypal.

there are issues with adding a usa bank to europe paypals, it depends which bank, and mismatch can be an issue too...

the card-type usa banks are problematic.

payoneer have issued me with a card and given bank details with routing ect...

they claim they can accept payments from paypal?

I guess I can use payoneer bank details to add bank to PP for withdrawals?

On another stealth Mismatch for Greek bank no prob as have deposits were sent and removed ok.
