After researching, if you are not a USA Resident, it is best to open a Luxembourg Paypal as this is the only country allowing VISA Withdrawals.

On the Paypal website i found this regarding Luxembourg:

Withdraw*: Withdraw funds from your PayPal account:

To your local bank account.
To your credit, debit, or prepaid card.
To your US bank account.

* Users with Luxembourg Personal and Premier Accounts can only send funds. Users with Luxembourg Business Accounts can send, receive, and withdraw funds.

Since i dont have an official business and documents, Luxemburg is not possible i guess.

There are many more than that. I remember the list being quite long.

And about Luxembourg "Premier" accounts not being able to withdraw funds, that's new to me! If it's true then it must have changed recently because it had always been fine for me.

Yea last 2 months i have successfully withdraw to my Card through Luxembourg Premier acc. Its wierd

Better use unknown country.
I am using a country I barely heard of and it is fine.
Everyone's using Lux and UAE accounts and they're hard to run.

I would go for countries which allow CC withdrawals. A lot more easier than opening new bank accounts. You can check if they accept when they state any fees for credit card withdrawal: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/websc...l-fees-outside

i was living in UAE years ago and i still using my account in egypt till now without any problem with ip just they asked me once for txt code when i used it for the 1st time in egypt.. after all they limited my 2008 account last year cuz i was stupid added my friend's credit card to it but i created anther one and still working good till now thank god for that

Most Eastern European countries allow card withdrawals, bank withdrawals etc, the only problem is the support. I think IMO UK has some great support reps, I have had nothing but good experiences, then again.. I prepare my accounts correctly to avoid common issues people have.

Different country paypals will have different benefits, just depends on what you're trying to do.

Easiest is opening a paypal in the same country you have bank accounts in so you can easily add a bank to withdraw

anybody have up-to-date info as to the pros and cons of Israel PayPal vs. US paypal? i have the ability to have both with real local banks...

I'm surprised to see so many Israel people interested in US PayPal.. why? US PayPal has hard limits set on them and without further Tax ID your account won't go very far. If you can open a business account with an EIN you'll be okay until their sales skyrocket (which further ID is required).

How about using German Ebay as well as German PAYPAL?

according to my last 5 years experience , german and egyptian ones were great , i've also made jordan paypal before but there's a limit on daily withdraw on it .

but make sure to have a clean ip matches the county of your paypal , otherwise the account will be limited in few hours.

I´ve had experience with PayPal USA and PayPal Mexico, and honestly...PayPal USA is easier to deal with. I don´t know about other countries though. Good luck!

What if living country not available paypal recive option or service not at all...Along that part whats going to be the best paypal is the real question ? :mad2:

if the format is different,you have to call in and ask Paypal to do it for you but I think Canada format is the same with routing number and bank account number

plenty of people sell in USA from Australia,UK,Ireland,Canada,Poland as long as you list your item in English and in US$/

Some said Mexico,I have never tried it.
It helps if you make a trip to Mexico and check it out,what does it take to open an account with a Mexican bank?
if you live in California or Texas,just walk across the border and you are in Mexico.

if you link it to a US bank account,wont that be nice,you get your money in US dollars.
