I think he was suspended because he was linked to his roommate, lucky man here. But you now that eBay can pull the plug anytime. Make sure you get a backup account(S). Or we will see you back here again

yeah, true, ...last year the did the same thing, suspended be because of linking to another user. i contacted them at that time, and told them i shared a room, and they unsuspended me ..they just told me to fax them the reinstatement form no, id....a year later (now) they suspended me, but this time they required some documentation or in this case evidence that i'm who i say i am

i would go with stealth mode...but the thing is, i need to use paypal...it makes it so easier to get paid and print shipping labels..if there was some other way, i will consider going that route

I'm confused by your last line. You know you can go stealth with paypal, right?

Nobody999,

Think it's time to read the Stealth Book again. You can setup up very easy a stealth Paypal account. Or check the Accounts for sale forum, couple people that provide a perfect service and for a good price.

I agree with the backup accounts idea.

I used to have two powerseller accounts linked to one pp with real name and documents. A remote control of a VERO product (not the VERO product itself) got me a seven day suspension of one ebay account. That was enough to kill me all!!! I receive 50 non-receipt disputes in paypal during the 7 day, and my pp go down. I recovered ebay account after seven day, but they soon went down again because of the pp. I spent three months to solve all 50 disputes, and called PP, they said goodbye to me then. You can see you can never be safe on ebay. You can be killed at anytime by a small move.

I think a stealth account is the way we live on ebay. I mean sooner or later you will have to say goodbye to your legit account. This is painful, but you cannot avoid it.

^^^^ very similar thing happened to me a few times. people see "not a registered user" and freak out. then you have to clear all the disputes and theres always that one person that leaves one open and doesn't take the time to close it so it drags it out longer and longer.
