Default Confirm Identity AFTER registration, please help!!

Ok, just about an hour ago, my ebay ID got suspended for account linkage, I have tried registering again on ebay with another account, but everytime I finish the registration for, ebay asks me to confirm my identity using a credit card number, I can't use mine of course, because it's already suspended from the ebay system.

So what's going on? is there a trick in order to not have this identity confirmation message after the registration?

I recommend Visavcc.com, you'd think I'm getting commission for always recommending Earlts site, but I'm really not. Lol

It seems like in some countries the only way you can verify an ebay account is with a credit card. Really makes this stealth business near impossible.

Yeah, but the weird thing is that few days ago, before I found out about eBay Stealth, I had the same exact problem, every time I finish the registration process, I would be asked to confirm my identity with a credit card.

After I used a new user account with a new IP, things turned perfectly fine, nothing of that identity confirmation ****, but now I'm getting it again, even after I use a different user account.

Could I be doing something wrong?

did you make sure to clear cookies and all other private info??
what about names and addresses you are using??

might seem far off, but you should jot down your IP's to see by any chance that you are gettin the same IP...

Yes, that was true, it was my IP.

But I don't get it, I mean I have changed the IP before registration several times, by switching off the the modem for 5 minutes and then switch it on back again, but the problem persisted.

Although it worked this time, when I changed the IP.

When a computer is configured to use the same IP address each time it powers up.

Credit card identification is asked when you have things in your new account linked to the previous suspended account like name, address, IP, phone number.

If this message appears, it tells that ebay has flagged on this new account, so just abandon it, study the book and try to re-open one. This looks quite like a pre-test done for you by Ebay.

raginstalion, maybe you did nothing wrong....
ebay always check most of the new accounts recently..
maybe it is just a routine for ebay....
sigh...

I had this happen a year or so ago. figured out it was my domain name. I had registered one for my company and when my ebays would go down I'd just add a new address@my domain and eventually it asked for a credit card before it would let me sign up with them. then I tired with gmail and it worked no problem. Not sure how they flagged my domain name but I tested it a few times over and as retarded as it sounds it was the only common factor.
