However, in fact, the most difficult issue is the paypal limitation instead of eBay limitation. eBay limits us then only requests few documents but paypal could request you quite many documents. The formula preventing listing linking is simple just make any components in listing independent, and it also depends what you list on the first few days, which format etc.

I know that ebay has a thing for listings that are selling for 1/3 of original MSRP, or thereabouts. This is one thing they look at with items that are highly counterfeited. Maybe they are implementing this across the board now.

But if it is an auction, not BIN and without reserve, how come they can judge about prices?
Re: ebay bacome crazy suspending new accounts after listing first item
I suppose if you started the bidding price extremely low on an auction with no reserve, or had a BIN price in your auction low, or had a low reserve price... eBay could look at these things and judge it as being too "underpriced" and therefore a security risk.
Re: ebay bacome crazy suspending new accounts after listing first item
My seller accounts usually got suspended on day 1 due to not having a verified paypal account.
Ive never had issues from selling on day 1. Thats the reason people create a seller account. They want to sell items they have. Most valid accounts dont wait weeks to sell an item. All speculation.
Their NUMBER 1 process is to see if that name matches to any public records. If it does, youre 1 step ahead.

I have to agree with you.
There's a soft money laundering check on my credit file when I withdraw from Paypal to bank account.
This information must be useful for them otherwise they wouldn't be checking.
It is safe to assume that there might be consequences if this check continues to fail.

I sec that. It is highly unlikely that eBay suspend account due to listing or buying behavior. Or at least they will ask you to contact them for further verification.
I think the problem is either with the IP pool or something you submitted to eBay got you linked to another suspended account. If could the same template (if) you used to list an item.
