Restricted-Advice Appreciated

Ive bought the stealth guide and Im preparing a stealth account/accounts, as Ive been blocked before.
My current account has excellent feedback and allowances but this morning I woke up to find it has been restricted. Current listings can run, but when they expire I cant list anything!
My rating is below average (purely because people ordered wrong items and I had to cancel-I did it in a way that made it look my fault) but also the system has linked me to the blocked account I lost last year.

Question is-is it hopeless for this account? Its given me the question, do I know the linked account, can I explain etc etc.
Should I reply with an answer, or ignore?
is there anything I can do.
Any help would be REALLY APPRECIATED.

Chances are you're linked regardless of whether or not you answer their question. I don't know why they even ask.

You have nothing to lose by trying to explain since they aren't letting you ever make any new listings at this point.
