Chinese seller , please help
I live in China.when i register a paypal account for creating a ebay account following the guide,i have to enter bank account in order to lift paypal. Do anyone tell me how to apply for a bank account for Chinese. |

For a chinese bank account I'm not sure what you need to open one. For a US bank account, you need a social security number...
You may want to use an alternative to Paypal. ie. merchant account |

| as ebay washs buyer's brain to use paypal, if i choose merchant instead of Paypal to list items, whether it declines my bussiness scale?
can you have any other advice? |

i use options other than PP with no decline in sales. check into merchant accts. |

What exactly makes it so difficult to open a bank account in China? You just need your ID-card, right?? |

what the ...?!!!! how come you don't know how to open a bank account? just walk into the bank and tell them you want a bank account. how did you get onto the internet anyways? :eek: |

| wtf? in some Countries it's harder to get a bank than it is the internet, comparing the two is dumb. LOL You need proper id here, if you don't have at least one pic id they won't open one for you. Not everyone has a passport of drivers licence, it sucks. All you need for the internet is phone/cable line, a home address and money. |

| not in china. i live in japan and travel to china a lot, people there don't live in caves. everyone has a bank account and it's quite easy to get one, just show your ID. |

It is the normal way to apply for a Us bank account that everyone know. But the fact is that i live in China ,do not have china passport with American visa , American fixed residence address, social security number.Can anyone give me another way to open US bank account on the basement of i living in China. |

since september 11th we have more rules to open bankaccts here. if you do not have the required documents you cannot open a bank account in the us. also you must visit the bank inperson to sign forms if you cannot make a personal visit then you cannot open an acct.
translation:
