What the hell is this about i havent seen this code before any help guys

Sounds like you broke some obscure policy of theirs.
Did you check that link they sent you as to how you can go about appealing this?

he is no longer selling any thing,Ebay removed all his listings.
so no more 'are you selling',it is 'were you selling.

Maybe some program on your computer in the bkgd tripped up flags? Monitoring listings or automatic bidding? Just a thought

I got this for buying stuff (on a singular account). And they won't do any appeal or fix it. Seems like a broken algorithm in some cases just banning people.
