I tried to adding new VCC to couple of stealth ebay account ( for automatic payment ) few day ago and both got Notification via Message sad : Unauthorized Payment Method ( they removed and disable automatic payment method )
Its was New VCC never use ,
Ebay acc also stealth with correct setup everything new
Anyone got the same problem like me ?
Is this about VCC seem risky to adding as Automatic payment method or not ?
SHould i try with difference way like Paypal ?

What was the source of this VCC?
I don't want to inform exactly the source i bought from here ( cause it may be not their problem , and could damage their business )
But i bought several source , and got the same problem !
That why i hope we could discuss here until we found solution
( i got notice from 2 source i bought VCC from that they stop try to selling VCC for ebay )
how does one know it is a VCC,does the numbers reveal such?
The first two identify if it is V,MC,Discover,Amex,then the bank which issue the card,then unique digits for that card and then last digit is a control number
I can't seem to link VCC to my PP account and eBay account. I always get the same error message when trying to link the totally brand new accounts. The eBay account is UK and PP account is Maltese (In Malta).
I've never had this issue in the past, only recently this started to happen.
I urgently need to start buying and selling again.
Anyone has managed to solve this issue yet by any chance?
