Ip Address

My Ebay account was suspended. The problem I am worried about is my brother has an account for 10 years now. I am afraid to log into it in case Ebay can connect us. I would be mortified if they suspended his account due to IP address used. We now us AT&T, site states that by using AT&T email home page browser the IP address is never the same, it just picks an available IP. Can my brother get his account suspended. We are in no way connected thru Paypal.
