Need "phone verification" now?Is this a new trick up their sleeve from ebay.
Well, I created a new EBay account to sell on, and I created an item shortly thereafter, 1 item, starting bid of $0.99. Completely new Paypal, and a new pre-paid card to go along with it, I receive this message about an hour later. Quote:
Attention!

| Anyone else ever get this? It is an MC010, just in case you are wondering, and yes, I used all false information on my account. The only variation between my EBay and Paypal account is the street address, but this has never been an issue in the past.
Should I actually attempt to verify my false identity? And moreover, CAN I?
Anyone else ever get into this situation?
Thanks!
For the record, I was suspended long ago because a competitor stole my contact information and used a 0-feedback account with it to frame me for bid shielding. I can stealth my way around it for stretches, but I am always caught due to my excessive sales (MC115--abusing Ebay, go figure)
