I think IP Burger residential is a great choice. Definitely a step above normal V.P.N./proxies

Using a non UK number for Ebay doesn't show that you're not a UK resident. If Ebay had a problem with it why do they offer you to use a number from pretty much any country in the world?

Then again, in case you speak to CS then you may want a plausible reason for the different country Sim, you could say that you work in both countries for example.

I generally tend to open accounts with whatever country sims I have, I travel a lot. Then when the account is running well I add UK sims

And bulk of the people with this issue is due to IP. This seems to have primarily started in October, or at least that's when I started noticing. There have always been issues with some VPN/proxy, but it seems like within the last 6 months EB has updated their list of bad VPN/proxy, at least in regard to the first listing.

Anyone can argue all they want, and you can believe what you want. But I have tested it numerous times without VPN/proxy, stock photo, risky items and my results come out the same. NO SUSPENSIONS!
