US does too but it's somewhat buried in the help section. You basically have to choose a simple, irrelevant topic for the option to appear.
I think the fact that eBay has been forced to provide email and live chat support is awesome. I never call eBay anymore. You won't get to talk to someone with authority, and they will just say whatever they need to get rid of you.

The secret is to keep ringing back until you get someone in the Philippines Call Centre, they generally just do whatever you ask them for, and often don't know the policy very well. At least in my experience anyways

Winnerwinner900 how is it good for stealth when you can't call in after the first suspension? I had to email them and they asked me the usual questions for a new seller and in addition asked me to provide photo ID and proof of address...on a first suspension. That never happens when you get someone on the phone. The livechat and email sucks

How did you email them ? Because they have turned off this option to send any requests/ emila about account suspension.
