Exclamation MC011 Suspension - Only need tracking/feedback NOT invoices

Hi, I've had a problem with my eBay account under my own name as well as under my wife's. We've been selling plastic disposable items on there, mostly low cost and on both we have MC011 asking us to submit tracking for ALL items or to get feedback from ALL buyers in order to get it removed. Considering we both sold to 400+ customers in last couple weeks before suspension it is impossible for me to do either - especially as most I send via Royal Mail standard untracked services due to the low cost of the items. I have had one case open against me - that was an item arriving late which has arrived at the customer and I was just asking the customer to close the case. Few other non-arrivals I have refunded on the spot due to the low amount contested.

I have only been selling for few weeks constantly, therefore it seems like this is some kind of a new customer check. But how do I get around it? I have bulk certificate of postage all stamped and signed for all parcels OR have tracking codes for the very few orders that were more expensive. On my own account out of like 450 sales I have 51 feedbacks (only one negative).

Is there anyway to appeal it? I have tried telling eBay on my wives account (got MC011 before mine) that I am happy to send them bulk certificate of posting showing that all the items have been posted on time but I got the same email back asking for tracking or feedbacks from buyers.

I have no idea what to do now. Moving onto stealth account burners that will last few weeks/months a pop seems the way to go.

Probably the bot suspended you for having too many INR cases or for not posting tracking numbers. Try emailing them. Ever since covid-19 email support has been much better, they seem to know how to actually use ebay. Just explain "these are 99c store items, etc...."

You wouldn't get feedback from 20% of 500 buyers if you gave the items to them for free.

I would go through the motions entirely and see what happens. For example, actually message all buyers and ask for feedback. When the feedback isn't given, show that you messaged them all and only a certain amount was received. When asking for tracking, tell them that there is no tracking information for certain items but provide them with the receipts and certificates if you have them. You have nothing to lose since your account is already suspended. See what their response is, and go from there. You have to make sure you have a written record for these communications as well.

they ask for tracking info firsrt,and they will need the ID INVOICE soon.
