Usually I contacted eBay's customer support on Twitter and Facebook when a stealth account got suspended. My question is, is it necessary to create new Twitter account to contact @askebay for suspension of a new stealth account?

I would say yes. They use sentiment engage for Twitter, so they probably have a database of accounts.

I don't know whether they care about your Facebook or Twitter account is new or not. But their response time is very very slow these days. I contacted @askebay for a suspended account last Wednesday. Have not got any reply yet...

I have a direct email to ebay customer support but was told by an ebay rep in a harsh tone to "never repeat that email address Mr. Hojnowski, it will be best to get it out of your brain!" so I don't know if I should give it out...

Maybe they don`t check their inbox as they do receive a lot of messages but I think it will be safer to create a new account.
