I think on of the most important details is, where did you get the number to verify your account ?

It’s still the same process to create new accounts, but even new high limit accounts get suspended easily if you list too many items too fast, which was not the case before April 2020.

In view of the MP situation perhaps now is not the time to be investing resources into stealth accounts - personal choice of course but the whole thing needs to settle down first IMHO

So what is the point of IP burger then, Is it any good for managing an already created account or it will cause the same problems in a long term?

Same problem here, ordered a fresh IP from ipBurger, I used a new real name, new address, new real phone number (burn phone), new mail, new PayPal with new bank details from TFW, I then verified the PP account.

On a completely new session within my Macbook I built cookies in and outside ebay, then after a week of use I created an ebay account, built more cookies, crawl the website, made search so on... contacted some sellers, bought one items less than 10€, left a feedback a week later, bought another again one a week after, then I registered for a seller account, waited about 10 days bought another item and then listed 2 listings, only bidding starting at 1€ and the other 9,99€ old MacBook parts I had at home, the picture were fresh and from a new phone, got suspended, appealed, sent an invoice, internet bill and ID. The account got restored waited 3 days and added 3 more MacBook parts a little more expensive this time around 50€ each and I got suspended indefinitely.

the second suspension is either ur IP or the item(s) u listed. literally u have to age this is the ONLY solution, sorry bro, Moroccans abused it. blame them

Thanks for the feedback, I've sent a mail to IP Burger they confirmed that the IP was not optimal for account creation but more for created already working account. I'll try my luck with a dongle and also AVOID at all cost using Chrome and put items in the book section I've heard they work well for verification and it's very easy to get invoices from Amazon!

Best of luck for all, it's not the time to give up to Big brother! We can bit the system.
