Main account reinstated, what about 2nd account?

I have two main eBay accounts currently. One is my main account and the other is my secondary account. My main account was suspended for low shipment rates and my second was suspended because it was linked to my first account. I do pay for premium store level on my first account if that makes any difference. I recently got my first account reinstated with slightly lower selling privileges but my second account remains suspended.

Is this normal? Since my first account suspension was lifted should my 2nd account restrictions be lifted?

Contact them and they will restore that account aswell

The alternative is to improve your history and selling metrics on the unsuspended account before calling so at least you have a leg to stand on.

Your first account's suspension was lifted but keep in mind that you aren't 100% free - sadly, you could be re-suspended if you don't improve the metrics
