Use a different computer or set up a seperate windows profile. Also if you set up a seperate windows profile, change the name of your computer.
1. Right mouse click on "This PC" or "My Computer"
2. Click on settings
3. Under Computer Name, domain, and workgroup settings, "Computer name:"
If you can, I would use a separate Computer or Separate Windows Profile for each ebay account and don't clear the cookies. Just keep them in separate windows profiles, and make sure you use a new IP address before you switch to another account.
Also I think this is happening to alot of new ebay sellers, so after you make the account, don't list anything right away and maybe purchase something small to buiild credibility on ebay, browse around for items, etc.... Let it cool off for a little bit before you start listing items.
When you do start listing, start with more affordable items, nothing high dollar or too expensive....
You can try using your phones hotspot for internet instead of your broadband provider.
And Make sure you log your IP and MAC addresses.
