Seller Account Restriction MC011

Hello I've recevied this mc011 restrection and i have most of my payments on hold ( before getting restricted) .

am wondering if this restriction will keep my payments on hold . i gave my customers thier tracking numbers and all of the packages has been delivered ,but its been now more than 15hrs+ and still didn't got my money out of hold ... is there any one who can help me with this i will be more gratful thanks.

is that due to the suspension or what ? because my delivery time is 24hours .

this the first time this happend to me allways get my money in 12hrs max after uploading tracking numbers

could be,just think if a seller thinks he is suspended by Ebay,he may not care to deliver anything.

its not suspension its just a restrection for verification am asked to provide proofs of identity and update tracking numbers thats it , i have never seen something like this ever and i think if there is a problem about that all the payments would be refunded ! please correct me if i'm wrong

You're wrong, if you have shipped and delivered the items. You're fine.

Were you drop shipping? Get your stuff in order, and get your account back.. And next time spread your sales out on multiple accounts.

i have like 45 orders 25 of them are delivered, but no payments were cleared out usually it takes 12 to 15hrs to get my payments out of paypal hold thats why am confused now, Thanks bro

I have been shopping on Ebay and sellers are telling me PAYPAL has been withholding the payments,it is that time of the year (xmas),and the COV19 crisis,more scams !

most buyers use their credit cards via Paypal ,it does take 24 hours at least to collect that money,with overseas cc,it will take longer.
The fact that we see the money in our account and immediately available to spend or withdraw,thats Paypal paying us in advance,if you have a credit card linked ,Paypal feels safer,but this time of the year,you just have to be patient.
AS seller,you should have some working capital

mc011 is a restriction, not a suspension. You're lucky that your account is still alive so you will have your funds available within 21 days after delivery. If not, the buyer may open case against you and they will have funds return even your item's been delivered to them.

after checking "payments on hold" in ebay help center i found out a message says that information has been verified and all hold payments will be released within 24hrs , but still didnt get ****

My account got rid of mc 011.

However, funds are withheld for 3-21 days from the time the package is delivered
