I buy the Residential IP plan of IPBurger for create ebay seller account. Why the ip are in blacklist?

It is recommended to use mobile on IPBurger , i wasn't aware either. I don't use IPBurger to make accounts, but i read mobile works.

Just use a mobile hotspot from your cell phone for account creation and use, it works every time, changes the IP each time and points to the ISP as being a cell phone company no purchase needed and the reason why you see I P Burger so hyped up on here ia a lot of people make money from it if you click the links. It used to be OK but I think eBay has added them to its list of V P N's they do not like, even residential I P's point back to an ISP which they have identified as associated with stealth accounts

I'm using VPS with eBay without any issue. But you should check it with eBay to make sure that it's not in eBay Blacklist (as I understand =)) )

No you cant...to make 10 accounts you need 10 different IPs...You cant use 1 IP to make 10 accounts

Mobile HotSpot is totally fine if you have multiple SIM cards.
