 Ebay Account Suspended - Please Help
Hello,
My USA eBay account was suspended for violating the 'abusive buyer policy' and I desperately need to get it reinstated. I run a drop shipping website for used video games & consoles. I source the products predominantly through eBay and spent at least 20K last month. The products are riskier than average (being used consoles) so there were a decent number of returns and given the number of purchases I've been making I'm assuming that the aggregate number was high but still a low overall percentage. I have other accounts but this is the only one that is fully tax-exempt. I also have a few hundred of gift cards linked and a feedback score of 500ish. So I really, really need this account to be reinstated. I tried the chat and they said somebody would call me within 24-48 hours - they didn't. I used another account to get a call to my phone and was sent to the people in India who just told me it wasn't appealable and said I could get a 'supervisor callback.' I don't know what else to do at this point... I'd really appreciate it if somebody knows of a service I can pay for to get the account reinstated or if you could provide me with any tips or suggestions on what I can do for this // how to get a human in the USA who can help me resolve the suspension.
