Ebay Permanently Suspended Seller account Paypal account OK

hello, my ebay seller account have been permanently suspended, my paypay account that is linked to this ebay suspended account is still active and OK. Is it safe to create an eBay Stealth account (seller account) and link the old paypal account to the new eBay Stealth account with and add a new email address to the the old paypal account? Thanks!

not recommended. It may work for awhile. But, who knows how long.
