If reinstatement is possible would the US support or Irish support be more in my favor? I got set up with people from asia and they told me there is no appeals possible and they refused to transfer me to someone higher up. Is it a bad idea to keep calling? Besides the time what is the best days to maximize my chances of getting good support?

Oh does it matter what got me suspended on eBay? Will it lessen my chances of reinstatement? I got suspended 9 months ago for trademark/copyright violations. chat won't help, i had an account that was suspended Indefinetely twice, the second time i chatted since i was on hold for 4 hours and no one answered so, in chat they denied everything and the suspension was final. on the phone the next day i reinstated in 3 minutes.

Yep, I've been told no 15+ times today but I can't connect to them on the phone. Every time it rings the automated system says our offices are closed...contact us through live chat...blah blah blah. Called them multiple times same thing. If I could get through then someone will actually listen and I won't have to type 3 paragraphs and the rep responds in 10 secs and say the decision is final and have a nice day 🤣
