eBay account got suspended

Hi Guys,

Below my story:

At the end of January 2021, I started selling some products on my private eBay account, this account was also linked to my PayPal. Name, Address, Bank account, everything was mine and correct. I survived till February 26, 2021 when they suspended my eBay account. Before I started selling, I didn't really used it for a while for buying or selling, however the account was registered on June 20, 2020. I had a revenue of around € 18.000,- (21.500 USD) in nearly a month.

I got this message from eBay (translated from Dutch to English):

We have suspended your account because it poses a risk to eBay and its community. Since eBay is an online platform with members who are also our customers, we have to admit users to our site. We regularly find accounts with a level of risk that is unacceptable and therefore suspended.

We have decided that it is in our mutual interest that we each go our separate ways. We regret any inconvenience you may experience.

Today I have read the stealth guide and it is clear to me, how to get back selling on eBay again. Even though my PayPal is still intact, it is recommended to create a new PayPal account so the information will be the same as the new eBay account and won't get linked to the account that has been suspended.

Is there any way for me as a Dutch citizen to buy such a Stealth eBay + PayPal account ? If so, do I need a US based account or can this also be European? Even if I can get these accounts, how should I use the IP address location? Is it as easy as just selecting the place/country as the eBay/PayPal account has been set up with? and where can I buy these accounts?

Contacting eBay seems impossible, the only way to contact them is when I'm logged in to my suspended account. When I follow the steps to contact them, in the end it shows that i'm suspended and so they limited all the options as well as contacting them.

I just used the live chat and they checked if they can reinstate my account. Unfortunately I got the following message:
