I can't afford to loose anything again. I have nothing now. That is all my funds locked up in there. My brother. I won't make that mistake again. I will never sell on eBay again. I won't even recommend eBay to anyone ever. If I have breached a policy of theirs and they think they can't work with me again, do they have to keep my funds as long as they want? No. That seems like an illegitimate platform. To me, my account is banned, as they said, because of suspicious activity. I understand they have banned my account and they want to get the funds. So this means they take delight in restricting accounts because they want to steal funds from sellers. Let's think about it this way, being a middle man between a buyer and seller when there's a transaction and everything goes on well and you, as a middle man, think you can't continue as a middle man because you notice the seller is not faithful or, any sought and you do not want to work with the seller again and you have the funds in your hands waiting for the buyer to come back and ask for the money back and even keep the Item but buyer never comes again. You, as a middle-man, also never contact the buyer again. So do you have the legal right to keep the funds as long as you want? without telling the seller exactly when you will give out the funds. I think it is high time all sellers who are being banned on eBay whom eBay is keeping their funds after the 60 to 72 days they promised should organize and file a lawsuit against them. I saw on YouTube how they screwed one guy for 7 months. They owe him $4k only for him to come out and make a video which hit thousands of views within a week until they paid him and gave him compensation as well. I guess they get too comfortable keeping people's funds without any panic, fear or any pressure. In my case, I can see I was targeted because I received payouts in the early stages when I was selling. Even the listings they took down, they sent the payout, so it was because those funds were as small and too small that they never wanted them and they gave them out to me until they waited for my account to generate enough funds, so then, they could take their fees and ban me as well. And also, have hold of my funds. For what? Are they an institution that has the right to keep money like a bank? It does not seem to be right to me. This sometimes goes as far as it used to be. This situation is unacceptable. I think all sellers should refrain from selling on eBay.
