2016 Banned Account

My account was permanently banned in 2016 -- confirmed about 10x over including chatting with ebay business a few years ago. I was never on MP. Ebay does have my SSN, I can see it in the account details still to this day.

I now have a new EIN as an LLC. I run an amazon business with it.

I have been reading the forums and I have read comments saying if you were banned before managed payments, you can re-register and they will let you back in. I find this to hard to believe...This was my thread from a couple of months ago where people said I could just re-apply.

Aside from creating stealth accounts, I have never actually tried to create a new ebay account with my real info since my original account was banned.

What are the appropriate steps to set up a new legitimate account under my LLC? Can I literally use all my old info as some of the posts I've read has stated? If not, what do you recommend? I can move my LLC to another address easily enough. My drivers license is registered under the address the old account was banned. I can add my wife as an officer of the company and use her SSN/info to create the account, but again she shares the same address that was banned. From what I've ready the EIN and the SSN are going to be required even on a business account.

Should I expect my SSN to get my banned by itself?

ebay have pardoned everyone suspended before MP so you can start over

Can I just use all of my legitimate details to start a new account? What about my mailing address. Can that be the same as the banned account?

People have reported using all same info but i still wouldn't take the chance when stealth method still works when done well

Can you clarify the stealth method you are referring to? I have the stealth guide, but there is no way to fully stealth MP, correct? You can keep them from knowing your real address, IP address, use new bank acct, new vcc/credit card, etc. But in the end, you are putting your SSN in there.

So is that what I see folks proposing when they say use stealth for a USA accounts on various posts? Thanks for your input.

MP is not really 'stealthable' hence ppl use their real info in MP with the bank account in case there is requested for verification

use your real details and you are good to go , pre-MP suspensions do not have any meaning anymore
