most likely their bots are programmed to see such reports from new users as suspicious activity

Seems to be the case when eBay's AI bots have been full force these past months.

Hopefully eBay tanks a bit so they can see none of their AI crap is working.

Yes they do monitor accounts that make these claims against others. Alot of competitors use this tactic so now what they do is look further into the accounts that reports other peoples items. they can do mass suspensions, but looking into similarities and sweeping accounts.

it is all bots , they replied to your report and they also suspended you

AI does not mean it can think , it just sees a new member sending a report so report is ignored and member is suspended

I keep a collect of every egay suspension email, I have quite a few "Your eBay Account Has Been Suspended". Some of the worst bone chilling words anyone could see in their inbox.
