Question on new "soft suspension"

Hi everyone. I got the Stealth Book this week and have read it a few times. I have a question about this new ebay user verification process/soft suspension....

If creating a completely stealth ebay account would it be best to wait out the 48 hour soft suspension and have them send you the second suspension asking for your drivers license and utility bill? Is this the best way to get around them asking you those database questions (which I assume are impossible to answer correct if you are 100% stealth).

I was super excited and was about to get the ball rolling on creating a stealth account....then I heard about this verification phone call and it kinda shook me up as I doubt I can answer those questions correct.

I had an MC011 the other day on one of my brand new accounts after listing some items. It had the 'your account has been suspended please wait for follow-up email blah blah blah...

Never had a follow-up so listed again without restriction and sent off a message to customer support just to be on the safe side. Had a reply asking me to auto verify my phone number by going through the sell tab (which I did when I opened the account). So listed another item thinking I would need to do it again but it wasn't required - everything normal!
