I had an MC011 the other day on one of my brand new accounts after listing some items. It had the 'your account has been suspended please wait for follow-up email blah blah blah...
Never had a follow-up so listed again without restriction and sent off a message to customer support just to be on the safe side. Had a reply asking me to auto verify my phone number by going through the sell tab (which I did when I opened the account). So listed another item thinking I would need to do it again but it wasn't required - everything normal!
